Our rating system was created to measure different key areas of an appraisers job and rate them accordingly. We believe that this system will allow us to list only the "best of the best" appraisers.

Allowing an independant company to rate your services generally means that you know you are a quality establishment and want to prove yourself. We all know that there are many companies out there that promise and do not deliver. The ownership and Board of Director’s background of AppraiserRater.com is a diverse group of Mortgage Lending Executives, Licensed Real Estate Appraisers, Professional Computer and Web Programmers, and simply men of integrity. We have come together with a common goal, the best appraiser finding tool on the internet! We also have PDF files of each appraisers license and E&O insurance available online for quick retrieval when needed!

We have set aside the following criteria for each listed appraiser to be rated on:

               1. Speed:

It is no secret that often the last stipulation a lender receives to get a file to closing is the appraisal.  Our business partners are committed to giving you the fastest turn time in the industry.  Therefore, we make them prove it!  Each appraiser will be rated on speed, and those results will be available for you to review.

2. Professionalism:

No doubt that professionals like to work with other professionals.  Our business partners have a commitment to treat there clients with that law.  Their technology, customer service, presentation, and ability are guaranteed to be second to none!  These qualities will also be rated.

3. Communication:

No one likes to wait three or four days for a return phone call!  Our business partners are no exception to this rule and commit to not treat anyone they do business with that way either. Therefore, they promise reasonable return times on phone calls and emails.  You will have the opportunity to compliment this as well when you rate them!
