| Requirements: AppraiserRater.com
reserves the right to refuse any listing that is not in full compliance with
the following set of criteria. Appraisers that wish to list on this site must
have a valid license to do business in each state for which they are listed.
The License(s) must also be current. The Appraisal Company must also have a
current insurance policy and be in good public standing with area banks. The
appraisal company also agrees to let AppraiserRater.com review this information
to make sure it is current and that the said company is in good standing.
AppraiserRater.com reserves the right to deny listing to any appraisal company
at any time.
